CMDF Clubs

The CMDF Clubs are designed to encourage discussions and problem-solving among students, developing both practical skills and appreciation for collaborations. The school based program is unique at each school but integrates, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics and Scuba into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications. According to the U.S. Department of Education “ In an ever-changing, increasingly complex world, it's more important than ever that our nation's youth are prepared to bring knowledge and skills to solve problems, make sense of information, and know how to gather and evaluate evidence to make decisions.”

Program Goals:

• Provide students in the school district with a comprehensive integrated STEM and scuba experience
• Support STEAM learning and literacy and increase the number who actively engage in activities
• that support environmental sustainability
• Cultivate environmental stewardship within youth
• Increase self – confidence and teambuilding skills
